Jorge Torres

During Jorge's time in the Mexico office, he advised Latin American companies (including Panama, Dominican Republic, and Peru) on product design, pricing, and reserving. He also was in charge of the Milliman Underwriting Guidelines specifically developed for Mexico.

Jorge's recent projects involved analyzing the impact of healthcare reform, performing predictive modeling, estimating ROI on integrated behavioral programs, and conducting Mental Health Parity compliance reviews.

He is currently involved in pricing and reserving of health insurance products, risk adjuster development, and long-term care filings. He is also helping manage the new risk takers niche within our practice.

Jorge is fluent in Spanish and English.
